LBHS Cultural History Collection
The LBHS Cultural History Collection is a special openly-sourced online feature broadly focused on documenting and cataloging Northern Beaver County’s cultural and social history, including music, art, literature, folklore and legends, oral history and the lives of notable people, religion, customs, and social events. This collection showcases various examples of historically significant cultural happenings–past and present.
Although physical artifacts are important to help us understand our past and present history, the focus of this collection is on cultural and social significance, rather than formal or functional qualities of objects.
